I need help finding a game for the pc or Xbox 360?

I can't find a game for the PC or 360. Just got my PC and I don't know what to get for it. I was thinking about a Sims game. On the 360 I don't know what to b/c I pretty much had all the top games for it.Like Halo 3, Bioshock, COD 4, and The orange box. I was thinking about Ninja Gaiden 2 but I haven't play the first game. So if anyone can give me any ideas do so.
I forgot I have gta4 and I don't want a game that you have to pay a monthly fee.
