I installed the kit and my driver side headlight worked but my passenger side didn't. I switched the light to the passenger side and it worked. So the light was not the problem. I moved the ballest to the other side and it did not work. I put them both back the way I had it orginally and not nither headlight works? Please help me figure out what is going on.
