K Katrina T New member Nov 23, 2010 #1 I have a Windows Vista desktop computer and I am trying to download php in order to practice writing code. I go to phpbuddy.com and try to download it, but it keeps telling me that my computer cannot open the file. Does anybody have any suggestions?
