...(preferably for free)? I need to organise cover for a volunteer phone line, 2 shifts a day, every day for a month. The people involve vary the number of shifts they take on a monthly basis and the days they can work.
It leaves me with a huge problem each month as they're can be up to 40 people involved.
Has anyone any suggestions as to a program that could help. Its a charity so we cannot afford a lot of money for one?
