I need help dirty disk error ( xbox 360 )?

I have fifa 09 ad when i start up a match begin to play after 5 mins of the match i keep getin a message say dirty disk error , please clean disk , Having took the disk out sereval times and cleaned it the problem still arises. ANY IDEAS?
 
Sounds like you probably cleaned the disc too hard, causing scratches. You should use a piece of cloth and ONLY use downward strokes on the disc, from the middle out. never in the opposite direction or a circular motion.

Since it is such a new game, I would take it to Game Stop or Best Buy and ask them to clean it for you. Stores like these usually have disc cleaning machines that work much better than cloth. Also, video rental stores always have disc cleaners. They may do it for free if you're a customer or have an account.
