I need help casting magick spells?

i had a very strange dream last night now i want to learn to cast spells please help me and please dont post ones that have anything to do with satan. lilith, pan, mendes or any other demon
 
Alright here is an easy one,
go to the grocery store buy
1 bag of marshmallows,
1 jar of peanut butter,
1 Gallon of milk,
And a steak, any size but the bigger the better,
take a baking pan and make a coat of peanut butter, then place marshmallows in the peanut butter and finally place the steak on top of the marshmallows and put it in the oven at 425 degrees for about one hour.
While that is baking you must chug the entire gallon of milk. Once it's done baking be sure to eat the entire mixture as fast as possible.
If you can do all this without vomiting you will be visited by spirits that will tell you
"Witchcraft is stupid go do something useful with your time."
 
You can't just say a bunch of mumbo jumbo and have your friend turn into a toad. You have to study the art of witchcraft and then eventually start at the basics.
 
(Lilith and pan are not demons...)

I don't think anyone here who uses Magick is going to help you. Learning to cast spells takes a long time, takes discipline, and is just not that easy, and you sound very young and naive.

Maybe just google it and find out for yourself.
