I used to lick my upper lip a lot, but then it started turning red. All of a sudden it turned brown and I stopped. It never went away and this has been going on for atleast a couple of months!!!!!! Please help I don't know how to get rid of it, my mom said when the weather changed it would go away but it hasn't. Why did it happened and how do I end the problem once and for all?? Please and thank you!!!!!!
