I'm 15 years old.
130 pounds.
4'10 is my height.
im trying to lose wieght.
so i stopped eating candy ice cream or any type of junk food and EVERYDAY i do 4 sets of 50 situps. which is 200 .
will that help me lose weight
or like flatten my stomach?
if im doing it wrong can anyone please help me
and how many calories do i need a day so i wont gain weight.
and how much calories do i need to burn in order to lose weight???
