I bought a home in 2003 after my parents died and left me some money. I wrote a letter saying I give half owner ship to my boyfriend and had it notarized. We were going to get married and now I found out we won’t be due to he is cheating on me. But now he says he is talking me to court and sue me for half the house, my name is on the deed not his will this stand up in court? In Wisconsin.
