The hebrew lang for samsung phones is written localized in SANI communication in israel.

so u can't find it in boxes support area or forums.

u also can't read flash from NEW msl security Z*** phones.

You can read with ns pro after this you have dump.
you can write dump. but not with nspro!!!!
you can ask ELCO he can hellp with this
 
bro - there r Z720/Z240 with new version - not NSPRO & not UST can unlock.

i can unlock them 5 sec without any problem(flashing, etc,,,)

I`m not speak abaut unlock i say you can read the hebrew!!!!!
unlock you can unlock with flash!!!! and after write flash with hebrew!!!
