can i reinstall the softweare on nokia 3200 or firmwear, i have data cables... it locked for no reason and non of the phone companys can unlock it neather can nokia, nokia says it must be the softwear playing up to sent it to service dealer but if they can fix it i sould be able to if i know what i need.. so i would like any help comments thank you
