I need financial advice and help. I don't know what to do or who to turn to....

...Please help!? We are a family of 4 living in a nice suburban area. When we bought our house 4 years ago, we were doing well, not rich by most standards but secure and no debt. My husband has taken a pay cut a year ago due to financial issues at work, even though he was promised a raise and promotion. I was working but after we had our 2nd child, also one year ago, it was not worth it for me to put 2 in daycare. I work part time teaching and tutoring and we did ok until recently. There isn't much work for me this summer and he wanted to take a 2nd job but was injured. We are putting basic things on credit. We want to keep our house and so far have been able to pay the mortgage. That leaves not even enough for everything else including bills. I don't know what to do or where to turn. We cut back on everything. We are trying to bring in more money but that is not happening. I am depressed and don't like to tell friends b/c everyone we are around seems financially just fine. We have no extra money, even gas and the most minor things go on credit. We are racking up the debt. I need advice and someone to talk to. I don't know what to do or where to turn.
