an ocatve? Alright, the directions on the paper say:

"Define the following poetic devices and terms"

And #30 says:

Stanza forms (Couplet, tercet, quatrain, cinquain, sestet, hepastich, octave)

How exactly do i give examples for all of them? And note that they are all in number 30.
