I have two weeks to be in the best shape I have ever been in. I have my High School Graduation coming up on April 16th.
I attend the gym at least three times a week and do a lot of running and a fair bit of abs. I NEED advice/ a diet to help me out so that I can fit nicely into my dress! I need to loose weight on my hips. That's the part that stands out most in a silk dress and mine are big as it is!
Someone PLEASE offer me advice/ help with regards to dieting tips and/or exercises for hips/ stomach area!
