I'm 5'6", I'm 18, and I weigh 165 lbs. Yes, I'm over weight.
My BMI is 26.6, overweight range. I am 11 pounds overweight, but 20 pounds away from feeling ok, and 30/40 pounds away for feeling my absolute best.
If I exercise 3/4 times a week, 30/40 minutes of cardio activity, drink a lot of water, take vitamin supplements, and eat healthy, do you think I can lose 30/40 lbs by the summer time?? That is 6/7 months away. I'm visiting relatives in Hawaii and would like to look good, otherwise I will be making up excuses not to get into a bikini, I am so self conscious.
This also goes with eating more healthy. I am a pretty good eater, I just have no time to exercise.
What kind of foods do I need to eat?? I also know that I have to eat small portions throughout the day, which works out perfectly cuz I don't eat 3 big meals, I eat small concise meals throughout the day.
I just need some motivation, and mental support here. I know I can do this, I just need to know absolutely everything that I should be doing.
