i need car help i got bubble gum in the gas tank?

i have a rav 4 and it was out of gas so my son(very bright but really bad with cars) tryed to make a funnel out of aluminum and then tryed to get the aluminum foil out with gum on a stick and got the gum stuck down in the tank
can any one help?
is there a filter or something?
what do you mean crank?

it couldnt have gotten in the tank. about 3/4 the way down the nozzle there is a ball that will only let through luquid! anything els would have gotten stuck there! i had one that when i filled it with gas the handle would keep kickin off, so i finally took the hose off and there where 10 jolly ranchers stuck to that hollow, plastic, ball!lol have no idea how they got there, or didnt disintegrate from the gas flowing over them at fill up for over a year! lol
