I need business cards to network for employment, What should they say?

I am not working now. Most of my exp is in healthcare admin. I have a BA degree in Sociology and Public Health; I want to go back for my MSW (or related degree ie. Counseling). My ideal job is working as a counselor/therapist or program coordinator for a non-profit.

Should my business cards be marketed towards the job I want or the job I have had in the past? Of course it will have my name and contact info but what else should it say. A woman who is starting her own non-profit is the one who said I should get business cards and network. Also do volunteering jobs.
 
Create a business card as if you were self employed. So, it would look like this:

Jane Jones
Counselor/Therapist and Program Coordinator
{Address , phone, email ...}
