I need big improvements ASAP?

Im 5'11" and 130 lbs. Im 17 and getting ready to go to the Bahama's with my school and I want to look ripped/toned. I need to pack on some muscle weight too. What is the fastest way to do this at home with a barbell, a bench, and two dumbbells? Is there anything I can take to help me get results super quick? Please give serious help and answers. Thank you!
Also is there a specific diet I should go on? My motabolism is amazing, I seem to not gain any weight, which may or maynot be a problem. But what should I eat mostly? Be specific please!
