Okay here is the thing. Im going to try out for basket ball next year. i havent played in a while soo im a bit rusty. is there a site that has drills, tips, etc. Any step by step info that can help me get better quick.
If it has videos with steps by step info, then that would be real awsome but if it dosent then thats cool.
