I need answer from a cook please?

I plan to bake chicken on a flat pan, how would I keep it from sticking to the pan...and do I need grease in the pan?

Nothing but pan spray is needed..I would advise you to take as much skin off as you can before cooking.. Glad you are gonna bake instead of fry.
 
Give it a light coating of pam, or veggie oil. You can pour some veggie oil onto a wadded up paper towel, and use it to wipe the tray.

I would suggest a tray with sides though because there is decent fat in dark quarters and it could run off.
