I need an acoustic-electric concert ukulele that can output MIDI.?

I am looking to use custom post-processing via PC software, and would like to be able to read in a MIDI signal from a Ukulele. I will settle, if what I'm looking for doesn't exist, for:

1) A low-latency 1/4" to MIDI processor.
2) A pure electric ukulele with MIDI-out.
