Some reason when I used my i730 in any way the screen fades and it turns off...and in order to turn it back on i have to take out my battery and put it back in then turn it on.. anyone know what the problem is??? please help me
You may have a battery that isn't holding a charge, or a bad charger. Try switching them out. If you still have issues, take it back to where you baught it. Usually phone are under warrenty for a year.
