I NEED ALL OPINIONS ON THE BOOKS THAT YOU WOULD READ?

Hey guys.
I just wanted to make sure that my book is written well and that people WOULD actually read it
I need to know what turns you guys off when you read a book.

Bad Spelling, Mis-used Punctuation, Improper use of "To, Too, and Two" and "Then/Than" and "Their, There, They're", Bad Grammar(that is to say, Grammar that is used incorrectly(you see, because "Bad Grammar" is actually an example of Bad Grammar)). Things like that will turn me away from a book or story faster than the story itself.
