i need advice on buying a kawasaki ninja 250r!!?

im 17, live in PA, and i want a new ninja 08 so bad. i really dont know how to start. how much is it going to cost, the insurence!!! and gear that i need, i have never been on a bike before but i have a jeep wrangler which is a stick, so i know it cant be that hard. my moms very pessimistic about me even thinking about a bike but i think i could change that with some time. im going to take the msc courses too. its going to be winter soon and im thinking about next spring/summer to buy will they still have 08's in the shop? just help me out a bit.

Take the MSF basic riding course, they will teach u everything u need to know as a beginner. once that's done, talk to your parents about it or have an older sibling help u buy/register the bike. or just wait till ur 18.

a new bike will always be very expensive. so its best for u to buy a used bike, and insurance on the 250 is pretty cheap. im guessing like 300-400 a year. i paid 600 a year when i started riding but i was 21 and i started on a 98 600cc.\

Start by talking to mom and dad, as a 17 year old can't buy a bike without them.
