I need a trainer or someone who lose weight with exercise!! Plz!?

Im seeing a nutritionist and doing his diet, my weight is 271.4 lbs he told me to walk 30 minutes aday but I want to do abs, arms, thighs exercise
How can I do it in moderate as a start so that I don't hate it and leave it???
