I need a plan to get into shape for marine boot camp?

Well im 17 years old and very out of shape =P (damn world of warcraft). and im looking forward to joining the USMC. im about 220 lbs and i need a plan that will help me get into shape i have about a year to do this so if anyone can help me i will be very thank full =]]
 
Bro go sign the papers and get into DEP, Delayed Entry Program. You get to go to POOLEE functions with other recruits and exercise, train, and a whole lot of crap, get your military id, uniforms, its awesome. If your not ready to do that though, just start jogging 30 mins 5 times a week, after a month do 45 mins 5 times a week. You're goign to have to get used to being on your Feet a LOT.
 
If you want to loose a lot of weight and be very muscular then I think you should get your own personal trainer that will train you to loose weight like a sweaty hot pig running around a track in the sun.
 
You play world of warcraft?! So do I!!!! Of course I am not addicted and in very awesome shape. Here is how: Ok you excerise for like 2 hours a day. You also could ride your bike, run outside, or buy a tredmill. they work very well. If thats not working you could go to a gym and see a private trainer.
