I need a PHP Upload Script?

I searched the top 300 google results and didn't find anything, so please don't give me any links.
I need a program that will take up to 15 files, check if they are: JPG GIF or PNG, If any exceed 2 MB, if any of them already exist on the directory, and then upload the files to the folder "uploads". if anyone can accomplish and test their code, It would be greatly appreciated.
