I need a program that allows me to make and create new graphics and pictures, edit existing pictures, and be free and easy to use with great reviews and top ratings. I heard Adobe Photoshop Elements 8 is a great program, but i cant seem to find a download site. If you know where I can get this Adobe program(free download), or you have another program you would like to share with me. Please let me know, I need to find a good reliable program.
