I need a muscle building program.?

Lately I've been very busy and living a sedentary lifestyle. I'm a young guy (not a kid young, older then that). 5 feet 11 inches, approximately 170 pounds and 100% healthy. I'm built fairly muscular but would like to add some more muscle.

I'm not an expert body builder, and I don't want to just inflate my muscles, just add some muscle weight for endurance and strength purposes.

I need a program that I can do using free weights, that can help me build some more muscle. If somebody knows some tell me, I already know about curl ups, push ups, etc. Just wondering how much I should do and how many repetitions. Again the goal of this is using free weights, say 10 pound dumbbells.

So if someone can help me out, I'd appreciate it. Thanks.
