I need a more active lifestyle?

Try swimming! There are community centers everywhere. They usually have a lap pool and so you can bring friends to have fun by racing each other and laughing at your form. :) Also, maybe try finding a better place to work than McDonald's... OK it may taste good sometimes when you're starving but maybe a more active job is necessary. If you want to stay in the fast food industry, maybe Sonic, or if you want a more classy job, a waitress at some nice restaurant is fun. (And you are exhausted at the end of the day!) Oh and walking to town and organic food also helps a ton. Glad I could help!

Can you suggest things that are more get up and go and will help me move more.
I work at McDonald's every once in a while as I also study art and design at college but I feel lazy. Apart from these things I am always sitting down and always feel like I have no meaning, I just exist. So maybe, can you give me some suggestions. What can I do. I was thinking things more like walk instead of drive into town. Things like that. I am 17 years of age by the way.

An active life? Go biking for 30 minutes. Watch T.V. and then play a video games. Eat something. Go to work. Play Basketball with your neighbour. Go for a run which lasts 1 hour. Go to work everyday! It's really beneficial for your mental health and healthy lifestyle. Take the initiative to do some chores and lift some weight from your mother's back which means help her or do her stuff. Do the laundry. Go to the movies. and take long naps.

Scuba diving is quite fun, if you find your local BSAC club (if you live UK) its quite cheap too. You can get a qualification out of it aswell for fairly little effort, lol.

If you enjoy it, it can get you into crazy stuff like marine conservation, coral farming and wreck diving, and of course looking at sunk ships and various creatures of the sea.

I dont work for BSAC btw, i just like it =D

Go into some of the school sports or if you have a bike ride it more often! Try to go swimming! Anything you can do outside could help!

Walking is good cos it's free and you don't need to change into gym clothes like gym junkies. Getting off your face every Fri/Sat nite and dancing about like a psycho to rock music burns off calories too

Run. If you run then you will stimulate your brain into thinking that you have been working all day! Works for me!
