I need a list of F.R.I.E.N.D.S. TV SHOW retrospective episodes! URGENT?

Ok! I DON'T NEED episodes where they remember their life before tv show but where they remember past situations that happened during tv show... Like when they remember al Roos and Rachel moments or Monica and Chandler moments or when Joey gets interview about his friends... Please I need them desperately!!!
 
I'm Not sure EXACT episdoes,
but u can find "Ross and Racheel moments" in season 4, the episode where ross is planning on invitations for the wedding and he and emily are deciding wheather or not to invite Rachel.

You can find flashbacks of Monica and Chandler moments In season 6 (i think) when Chandler is moving out of Joey's apartment and in with Monica.

I forget which season Joey gets te interview in though. Either season 8 or 9.
