I need a lawyer willing to sue another lawyer for

misrepresntation,malpractice, and emotional distress in miam? I need a REAL lawyer that is willing to sue one of those fake 69 dollar trafiic attorneys for malpractice in miami but i'm having a hard time finding one...i come across bankruptcy, mortgage, and accidents but i checked whocanisue.com and called the florida bar and still no luck....can anyone help me out?
 
A lawyer will generally only take a case if he thinks he can make money from it. If your case is provable, but the potential damages are minimal, most lawyers won't take it, as they wouldn't be able to earn enough money from it. You're going to either have to find a lawyer who is committed to seeing justice done, or wave a big fat check under a lawyer's nose, no matter what the lawsuit might bring you.
 
It's gonna be really tough to have 1 lawyer sue another lawyer.

Before you go to this trouble-- you might just want to consider filing a complaint with the Florida Bar. That would be your best bet and I would even let this attorney know that you plan to file a complaint with the Bar.
