Please, only comment on this if you know what you are talking about.
In the past year and a half, I've put on ALOT of weight. Right now, I weigh around 235lbs. I'm finally ready to get back in the gym!
I need a good exercise program! As for how much weight I want to lose, I plan on not getting ahead of myself in order to avoid disapointment. Right now, I just need to start working out.
Can anybody tell me what exercises I should do? I need something thats REALLY going to help with the weight, but is not TOO ridiculous (since I'm just getting back in the gym!)
Also, I would like to know how much is a HEALTHY amount of weight to lose in 3 months? A year?
