I need a good but not too expensive pre paid phone?

I'm leaving for Europe soon and I don't know which one of the pre-paid phones would be the best one to take with me over there, I dont want it too expensive because I'll only use it for a short time.

any suggestions?

buy a phone without a sim card. theyre cheaper. then get the sim.
