i want to build my own house in the mountains in vermont. i know that isnt the best place to grow your own food, but i want to grow:

blackberries
blueberries
raspberries
carrots
radishes
tomatoes
pears
apples

would 500 square feet of space in a rectangular shape, it being 20sqft by 25sqft be enough space to comfortably plant 5 of each bush and tree?

if the answer to the previous question is yes, would digging the entire space out 5 feet deep and replacing it with the highest quality fertilizer stabilize the soil to have my plants flourish?
