i need it for school but my mom said they are too much and she can not afford a used one or refurbished on would any body be willing enough to let me have one. if i don't get i will be fail the class

Check on craigslist for a used one or visit a second hand store.
If you are too young to go alone ask your mom to go with you to see how much a used one is and see if you can work out a payment plan with her. Like allowances being withheld until it is paid off or letting you babysit or clean yards for extra money on the weekends to pay it off.
Also ask you teacher for any ideas.

dont start the class and you wont fail, get a part time job and save for a dslr,
EDIT: thanks for the email. talk to your tutor and explain the situation, if they cant help and your parents wont help then you may have to switch courses or something, talk to the tutor then talk to your parents, good luck dude
if you have an income get it on credit maybe? try ebay for something and hit up people you know
