OK, school dance is coming up. I need ideas for a dress! It's not exactly "prom" but w.e its a junior high graduation thing. Will someone give me ideas? I have medium brown hair, darkish I guess, an light blue eyes and fair skin. I like short dresses! But nothing too low-cut, I don't have much in the way of chest
