suspension mountain bike please? its a 2009 mongoose otero with 80mm-130mm front rock shock suspension. rear suspension is ajustable air rock shoxs. hydralic disc brakes. 24 speed, sram derailers. it is always kept inside. i would apreciate a very detailed list with even obvious things please!! also please share your personal experiences on how long you got ur bike to last. and also what are your thoughts on the 2009 otero, i personally am very happy with it!
 
You want to clean and lubricate the chain. Clean and lube the brake and shifter cables. Maintain and adjust brakes and derailleurs. Check tire pressures and repair flats. That is about it, these sites will show you how to do all of those things. For shocks and disk brakes go to the manufactures web site.
