i just created a paypal account today , but i really need somebody could donate their change in their amount , how i could do to get those sorts of help ? what is the best way to ask for help ? i just need everybody could donate $ 0.1 to my paypal to help me achieve my dream
 
while it's a great idea and a lot of people have gotten rich by asking a lot of people for 1 penny. the best thing that you can do is put your paypal email out there and ask for 1 cent from everyone. It won't automatically do it. They have to send the money to you from their account by entering in your email as the recipient and the amount they want to send.
