Can you recommend a book for bipolar?
I am so tired of the depression.. I would love to feel manic again. I am beginning to think that it isn't the bipolar that is making me feel like my life is miserable, it is my attitude and a fear that my meds won't work. I am on lithium, welbutrin, symbrax, and lunesta! I have little energy and could just stare into space with negative thoughts. Can you recommend a book that will help me live in the moment, not regrets of the past or anxiety of the future? I have heard that live, eat, love is a good one. Please help me stop feeling sorry for myself. I am married with 3 healthy young boys and I have been a teacher for 15 years, but I am in my pity party.
