I need a blue fish that's compatible with tetras and doesn't need companions?

I have a ten gallon filter tank with 7 neon tetras that I just bought today. It's a long story, but I need to know what blue fish I can put in my tank that eats tropical flakes, is compatible and doesn't need a school of companions. And, I would prefer that you do not suggest betta fish.
