Oooook well im with Vodafone (ireland) and everytime i try to use an IOU it says that the couldnt do this request...i mean seriously like ! ive tried 4 lyk 2 weeks..i havnt yet topped up my mobile fone cause its only new..maybe dats y i cant use an IOU..anywayz..can any1 help me get 1 i reeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeely need 2 txt dis fella
