Thank all of you for your answers. I found a used set of 235-65-r17 for $300.00 that includes mounting and balancing. They said there is: 7/32 tread depth - this tire new has 10/32's tread depth. So I am going to give these a try as they are Michelin's and the tire store told me that a set of Cooper tires would cost me $546. As a single mom, the used tires work better on a tight budget. This man said the 235/65/r17 would not make much difference. From your answers I am hoping this is true. Thanks again. I will delete this tomorrow so you have time to see it. Tia

not unless they are on 16 inch rims bc the first size you said is 17 inch rims but if you have 16 inch rims it should work

Nope, The rim size is wrong, the car has 17 inch rims and the tires you located have 16 inch rims, no it wont work. Just order a new set with the correct size and order them online, find them with no tax and free shipping.

if you need tires that are 225-65 r 17 what that means is there is 225 mm wide 65% of the width is the height of the tire and the 17 means the rim is 17" so the 225 75 61 is for a 16 " rim and will not fit the first numbers can be different but the last number must match.
