Well, the 2nd phone should be the Nokia N95, or the N85 (I think). Has all thouse features you wanted, plus a 5MP camera.

For the first phone, I'm not sure. I haven't seen too many 3MP's on non-smartphones. I'm sure Nokia makes one though. lol.

DJFriar, N95 sounds good. 4 the second phone i was thinking about the samsung i760 thoughts?

Did you have a look at the Samsung D900? It has most of your requirements. For the second one go for the N80 or something in that group.
 
any other suggestions??? d900 is ugly imo. what do people think of the samsung i760???

n80 is nice but i heard the battery is awful.
