I lived with a friend/roommate since August during that time I paid for all of the grocerys cleaned every week and cooked at least 4 nights a week. My fiance (who was my boyfriend until dec) was staying with us and contributing by, sometimes buying grocerys when I was short, cleaning, doing all the dishes helping us with odd things etc.
During this time I always sat down with my roomate and asked her how she was doing, if she still felt comfortable with him staying with us unitl he was done with his academy (for police ) and she said yes and iI told her if she ever felt uncomfortable or felt like he wasnt doing his part to tell me.
In Dec they got into a fight and the day after christmas she called me and asked for him to leave. So he did a week later. A few weeks later of me going to see him and staying at my place every other night she started to get hostile everytime I left and made me feel like a prisoner in my own place. So, I moved alot of thing into my fiances apartment and decided to stay there about 90% of the time.
Long story short my question is if I moved out in Jan. and am paying my rent through the end of the lease do I have to pay utilities? I told her that I would pay them until May becuase she is in school and needs the interent and such...
