claims court could i win? DId not recieved letter at all of any damages or repairs needed. Once i confronted owner he says he sent me emails about the damages which i never recieved.Could i win in court?
It all depends on where you live. Some states have next to no requirements for security deposit handling and others have very stiff laws. You need to check your state statutes to determine your chances of any sort of recovery.
