i missed a heart piece on the forest temple!

i dont im just guessing that youll beable to hook shot onto a firelamp. I just finished the water temple and am stuck at those 2 fucking figures u have to get back in there spots
 
I cant find these:

5. In the Eldin province, as you approach the gorge from the south, you will
see a hill to the east. Go up the hill, then look across to a rock
formation. Atop it is a Piece of Heart; use your Gale Boomerang to
retrieve it.

6. In the Eldin province, as you head north from Kakariko Village you will
see a single boulder to the west. Bomb it and go up the path it was
blocking. Climb the vines and walk across to the other side, then bomb the
next boulder and climb more vines. At the top, climb to the next ledge,
then drop to the lower ledges and walk to a chest containing this piece.

7. To the southeast of the bridge leading to Kakariko Village (Eldin
province), you will find a boulder in the wall. Bomb it and enter the dark
cave there. In a room in the northwest corner of the cave, you will find 2
torches; light them and open the chest that appears to get this piece.
 
Yea, you have to backtrack a decent ways once you get the gale boomerang to the rrom where you FIRST fought the tile-monsters and had to light the brazers to raise the steps. If you go back, you can un-light them with the wind from the boomerang, the steps will descend and the chest will be reachable.
 
hey im in the same position as you. i cant get this heart piece. is there a way we can get it later with hookshot or something? someone help me!
 
#5 leave kakariko from the south, cross the first bridge and turn left immediately and walk for a little bit and youll be able to see it on a huge rock in the middle of the ravine.

#6 right after you kakariko from the north, its immediately to your left, its right at the edge where the grass starts.

#7leave kakariko from the south again, and cross over the first bridge, then on the wall to your right youll be able to see it. shouldnt be too hard for you to find, its somewhat near the main path.


oh and theres TWO heart pieces in every dungeon.

and as for a stratagy guide, for zelda i wouldnt get one, the only thing you really need is a list of all the heart locations, since the main challange in zelda is figuring everything out, and with a stratagy guide, its kind of a waste. might as well just be watching someone else play
 
i always hate the hidden heart pieces. i hate looking for them.

i think in OOT, all the heart pieces i got were given to me from beating a boss or fulfilling something.
 
I usually don't worry too much first run through. then I try to 100% even if it takes guides or something on the second run through.
