I soo badly miss my alltel phone. I HATE THAT IT SWITCHED TO VERIZON!!!!!!!
with alltel we had awsome customer service reps, and never a dropped call. and i could pay my bill at the store no problem.
NOW, i have to pay my bill at the da_n kiosk machine, and hope that it takes my hundreds of dollars. its insane!
I only have 2 phones, both regular phones, unlimited text and web, and 900 min. we NEVER went over on min. and still don't. but with alltel it was 70 bucks total. now its almost 300 bucks each month! NOTHING HAS CHANGED.
And the costumer service is now this ghetto fab, hateful rude people. Who obviously care more about their paychecks, instead of actually helping you.... I HATE IT
