i may be playing zelda too fast

How many Poes do you have? I have 16 and I have done zero searching for those guys... They seem to be where you typically go.

I am about 20 hours in and I am halfway through the desert temple.
 
how the fuck do you catch the poes? I've only got one and it was when I was in wolf form... the rest I can't do yet.

23ish hours and 80% on the water temple, but I'm going to take a lot of time after that temple to go fishing, bug hunting and possibly poes...
 
trying to avoid it, I broke down and checked game faqs for one part I was stuck at in the water temple, and it didn't really help much, took me a bit longer than anticipated to find what I really needed to find in the game

i hate reading guides and walkthroughs unless I'm at a point where I've done every last thing I can possibly try, which means to say, I usually don't use them until I'm wanting 100% completition and getting every last heart piece and bug and poe and whatever
 
You have to kill them while in wolf form, don't worry eventually you will be able to turn into the wolf on command and kill them when you please.

Poe hunting was something I gave up on, just too boring for me to hunt them so I only kill them if they are during what I'm doing.
