i mark mail from sender as span but keep getting it in mail not as spam help?

it still showes up in mail not in spam folder. is there a way to stop it from comming dont wont none to come at all
 
It doesn't do any good to block the sender, because spammers change e-mail addresses like most regular people change their socks.

Better solution: When spam shows up in your Inbox, select it and click the "Spam" button. This will help Yahoo's spam filter to get a little smarter and put the garbage directly into your Junk folder instead of letting it into your Inbox.
